Oppo has introduced a new Sun and Moonlight colour variant of the Oppo Reno 14 in China. This special edition features a unique temperature-sensitive back panel that shifts between shades of orange and silver depending on ambient temperature. The launch adds to the existing colour lineup that includes Lily Purple, Mermaid, and Reef Black.
The standard Oppo Reno 14 was originally launched in March 2024, and the new variant is set to go on sale from July 11 in China.

The Oppo Reno 14 Sun and Moonlight edition is priced at CNY 2,799 (approximately Rs 33,000) for the 12GB + 256GB base model. Other configurations include:

The Oppo Reno 14 specs remain consistent across colour variants. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 SoC and offers up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. The device features a 6.59-inch OLED display with a 1.5K resolution, delivering sharp visuals and vibrant colours.
The Sun and Moonlight colour variant introduces a dual-tone design that changes from Sunlight Orange at -15°C to Moonlight Silver when the temperature exceeds 60°C. This two-way colour shift is one of the most unique Oppo Reno 14 features to date.

In the optics department, the Oppo Reno 14 camera setup includes a triple rear camera with two 50-megapixel sensors and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. On the front, the phone carries a 50-megapixel selfie shooter, making it one of the strongest front camera setups in this range.
